There are 4 options:

  1. You picked up something where you were physically last. (Cut the cords and kites off yourself and your car.)
  2. You were attached to someone who was feeling down or stressed. (Cut the cords. I have a free cord-cutting meditation in my webshop at Lisamohr.com. Enter “cutting” in the promo box and get it for free!)
  3. You are being attacked because someone is thinking negatively of you. No matter what, IT IS NOT YOU or WHO YOU ARE.
  4. Your diet. You ate sugar or a carb and are sugar crashing. OR, you are hungry. This all leads to a very low frequency and negative thinking.Remember to consciously maintain energetic hygiene, all day, for the happiest YOU!
