If you’re new to my work, the best place to begin is with a simple foundation.
Many people discover me through YouTube, podcasts, or referrals and aren’t always sure where to start. I teach several different areas — Reiki, psychic development, energy hygiene, remote healing, and more — but they all build on the same core skills.
To make this easier, I created one starting point.
Step 1: Begin with The Mohr Essentials Online Training
This training teaches the core tools I believe every student should understand first:
• Reiki as a practical daily tool
• Energy protection and hygiene
• How frequency, intention, and the Law of Attraction influence your life
• The foundations of intuitive awareness and psychic development
• How these pieces work together to help you move through life with more clarity
The training also includes virtual Reiki Levels 1 and 2 Attunements, provided as part of the course.
This program helps you understand my system and prepares you for deeper work if you choose to continue.
