Attunement info

Everyone experiences their Attunements differently. There is often a lot of mystique and even debate about their importance or whether they must be performed in a particular way. The truth is, Reiki energy itself does not belong to any one person or process—no one Attuned Usui.

I personally practiced Reiki for four years before taking formal training and receiving my first Attunement. While that experience was deeply moving, I now understand that the ability to channel Reiki was already within me—the Attunement simply awakened and refined it.

An Attunement is not about granting you something you don’t already have—it’s about opening a doorway to greater flow, sensitivity, and confidence in your natural ability to channel Reiki.

I offer both live, in-person Attunements and pre-recorded virtual Attunements, and both carry the same frequency and effectiveness. Reiki transcends space and time, allowing each Attunement to be just as sacred and powerful, no matter how it is received.

Several of my amazing students have received their pre-recorded Attunements and have since gone on to heal hundreds—nearly thousands—of people.

My hope is that in reading these stories, you’ll feel inspired and reminded that Reiki is both ancient and infinite, and that your Attunement—whenever, wherever, and however it occurs—is simply one more beautiful way to remember who you truly are.

"I thoroughly enjoyed the attunements last Saturday. It was a very moving experience. In fact, I had to have a sleep not long afterwards! The following days I was sleeping extra hours and exceptionally heavily and like the walking dead when I was awake too! My meditation that I practice twice daily has amplified since the attunements. I am seeing flashing lights, different golden hues, violets, and deep purples. Quite extraordinary, but very beautiful. My emotions have been very intense and quite erratic but have started to settle down now thankfully. I ended up in my managers office in floods of tears feeling

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the beautiful live attunement this morning. It was a truly profound experience that touched me deeply.
As I connected to my center of being, the first image that came to me was striking—a wide, open eye seen from a profile view. It felt like a powerful symbol of inner awareness and awakening.
Shortly after, the Cho Ku Rei symbol flashed vividly in front of me, pulsing with light and energy. Then, I saw a radiant white rose opening gently, its petals glowing in white light. The rose was breathtaking—pure, soft, and powerful all at once.
Each time you sent energy, I felt it entering through my crown chakra with a strong tingling sensation. It felt like waves of love and divine power. It was so strong and so moving that tears streamed out of my eyes. By the end, I was left with a pleasant dizziness, as though I had stepped into a lighter, more luminous space.
